When will my order be shipped?

Once your order has been placed please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your shipment and send you a tracking number.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

You don’t… just kidding.  You will receive a confirmation email to let you know it’s on its way to you along with a tracking number and a link so you can track your order.

Can I order to a rural postal code or P.O. Box?

We can absolutely ship your items to a rural address or P.O. Box by Canada Post. That said, we do need a little extra time for our deliveries to get to you. 

Does my address count as a rural address?

Good question! If you're not sure if you fall into the rural category or not, give us a shout and we'll help you sort it out.
