Freddy Returns and Exchange Policy

In the super unlikely event you’re not head over heels in LOVE with your Livify purchase, don’t panic; we can totally help you out. Regular Price Merchandise can be sent back within 14 days of our shipping date, and we’ll hook you up with an exchange or full refund.


Promotions cannot be combined. 

If you're using any promotion code(s) to apply a discount against your purchase, it will be considered a final sale. First-time $8.00 sign-ups will be excluded.

How do I process a return or exchange?

  1. Fill the form below by using your email and order # to pull it up.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
  3. You will get an email with a Return Authorization# (RA#) and shipping instructions once your request is approved.
  4. Since you are responsible for absorbing the shipping charges we suggest to use a registered post service as this is almost always the well priced. Keep the tracking number with you and you will know how long it will take to have your return processed.
  5. Once the return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE PROCESSED and for refunds allow 1-2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
  6. For exchange requests, we will e-mail you a store credit so you can re-order the item you want. For your FIRST exchange, you get complimentary shipping; You're welcome :)

What Happens if I Don’t Follow the Policy?

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, or missing its hang tag, your return will not be processed. Instead, member services will notify you via email and offer 2 options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost
  2. The item can be donated to a local shelter.

If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer Option 2.
